Candidate Onboarding Journey

Follow these steps to begin your international career with GHIC

Initial Inquiry

Initial Inquiry & Pre-screening

  • Client inquires via phone, email, or walk-in
  • GHIC shares program brochure and eligibility checklist
  • Client completes short pre-assessment form
  • GHIC confirms basic eligibility (age, documents, health status)
  • Client pays application fees

Formal Application

Formal Application

Client submits complete application package including:

  • ID/Passport copy
  • CV and professional certificates (Nursing, Caregiver, etc.)
  • Police clearance certificate
  • Medical report (or referral for medical examination)

Service Agreement

Service Agreement & Payment

  • Client reviews and signs Service Agreement
  • Completes initial or full payment
  • GHIC issues official receipt and welcome package

Orientation

Document Compilation & Orientation

  • GHIC standardizes CV and candidate profile
  • Optional orientation programs:
    • Basic language training (Arabic/German)
    • English communication skills
    • Interview preparation
    • Professional ethics and conduct

Job Matching

Job Matching & Visa Preparation

  • Candidate profile sent to overseas employers/agents
  • GHIC coordinates interview scheduling
  • Visa support process begins upon employer confirmation

Visa Processing

Visa Processing & Deployment

  • Finalization of medical and police documents
  • Visa documents submitted to embassy
  • Comprehensive pre-departure orientation
  • Candidate travels to destination country
