Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet these minimum requirements to qualify for the Canada Care Path program
  • Kenyan CNA graduate or nursing-related qualification
  • Age between 22–45 years
  • Basic English proficiency (training provided if needed)
  • At least 6 months of clinical experience preferred
  • Valid police clearance certificate
  • Medical fitness certificate
