1.Good Health and Well Being- We are dedicated to build quality and globally competitive entry level health-care workforce in Africa. Through our affiliate company “Global Health Training College”, we are promoting cheaper and accessible health care assistants to promote preventive care to preemptive care and management of non-communicable diseases and affordable post discharge care.
As well, we are training and equipping our health care professionals to work in the health care sector in UK, Germany, Canada, USA, among other European countries through collaborative approaches and Global Health care exchange programs.

2.Quality Education- Through our Global Health Training College, we are offering regulated “Certificate in Health Care”. This is a National Vocational Qualification- NVQ recognized in the United Kingdom through the Health and Safety Group LTD. As well, our candidates are also taken through a Certificate Course in Health care, and Home Based Care examined and regulated by National Industrial Training Institute of Kenyan Government.
Additionally, we also train German Language from level A1up-to B2 for the skilled and non-skilled workers desiring to work in Germany. As well, we take people through the Cross-Cultural Orientation to prepare our candidates to adequately handle culture shock.

As an immigration Consultancy and a recruitment agency, we labor to link and connect our candidates with Care homes, employers, hospitals, and employment/recruitment agencies in the UK, Canada, Germany, USA, Australia, Austria, among other European nations. GHIC LTD being a recruitment agency, we are registered and regulated by the National Employment Authority of Kenya (NEA).
Professional Caregiving is our first skill to market in Kenya and abroad and was chosen as it perfectly aligns with our SDG goals to achieve. Additionally, it enables us respond to the Global need of health care professionals with the surge of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

HISTORY

Founded in 2014 and First registered in 2015 as Centre for Africa Volunteers Society operating as a charitable humanitarian organization, then in 2021, registered as a for-profit limited company under the name Global Health and Immigration Consultancy LTD. The company has undergone strategic adjustments to enhance systems and structures that consequently improve and innovatively create solutions that adequately meet the needs and aspiration of our diverse clientele. Headquartered in Nairobi Kenya, the company has gained expedience in caregivers training and valuable knowledge and management thus enabling us to attend to all our assignment confidently with pace and strategic agility. We are driven by the desire to serve the greater mission and the absolute call of making life better to humanity.

Mr. Josephat Moses Managing Director

Mr. Josephat Moses does tremendous work not only in Kenya but across the globe. He is passionate about building a resilient community by promoting socio-economic equity in Africa through the development agenda focused on research and policy change. Mr. Josephat organizes a large network of dedicated and skilled individuals that supplement the capacity needs of local, national, and international firms. Additionally, he is the Executive Director of the International Institute for Research and Agricultural Development (IIRAD) which focuses on research, trade, and business within the diaspora.
